GM DIET PLAN

Make sure you drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. You can drink black tea or lemon or lime infused water without added sugar. Don’t drink alcohol, juice or soda. This is the day you are allowed to eat only fruit

You can eat only vegetables

You are allowed to add just one teaspoon of butter to your potato and you can use various herbs to add flavor to the vegetables you eat. Don’t forget your water.
This day you can eat fruits and vegetables
All fruits and vegetables from previous days are allowed. Although you can eat potatoes, it is better if you chose other kinds of vegetables because you will get enough carbs from your fruits. 10 glasses of water are obligatory.
This one is banana and milk day
You can eat 6 bananas max(even though you don’t have to eat all of them) and drink up to 4 glasses of milk. Chose any milk you want. You can have a bowl of clear soup as a meal this day. Water is obligatory.
A day when you are allowed to have a real meal. You can eat any meal that consists of vegies and ad sprouts, soya chunks and cottage cheese to it. You can eat to 6 tomatoes and drink at least 14 glasses of water. It is important to increase the amount of water you drink because by this time your body is ready to flush all the gathered toxins out.
This is a day you are not allowed to eat tomatoes
You can eat cottage cheese, sprouts and every vegetable except tomatoes. Keep up drinking higher amounts of water.
This day you can eat rice
A cup of boiled brown rice along with vegetables by choice and fresh squeezed fruit juice along with high amounts of water are what you can eat last day of your diet.
AFTER THE DIET
