Cut the leaves from the plant and set them aside so that it can drain the resin that contains latex. Then peel the leaf with any vegetable peeler. Remove the green as well as the inner white peel of the leaf and you will get to the gel. Collect the gel with clean spoon and store it in glass container. Keep it in fridge. You can also add vitamin C and E in the gel and mix it all in a blender and store in glass container.
Aloe vera gel is not stable and it will not last long. Therefore make small amounts and store in a fridge.
