ARTHRITIS-NATURAL REMEDIES

Ginger

Ginger is a spice with anti-inflammatory properties. It is true natural remedy for joint pain. If you use it regularly it will improve circulation of blood and that way reduce pain. You can use ginger oil to treat affected joints, just by massaging it in. you can also prepare a mixture of 3 teaspoons of black pepper-grated, 6 teaspoons of ginger powder and 6 teaspoons of cumin also grated. Drink ½ of a teaspoon of the mixture with a glass of water every day.

Epsom salt

This salt is rich in magnesium that can regulate the pH level of the organism. If the body is too acidic you are more likely to suffer from inflammatory diseases as arthritis. Add 2 cups of Epsom salt in a tub full of warm water. Soak yourself in for a while. You can also use it orally. Add lemon juice and Epsom salt in ½ cup of warm water. Drink a teaspoon of this mixture twice a day.

Turmeric

Turmeric is another spice that is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Make a habit of drinking a glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of turmeric every night before going to bed.

Fish oil

Fish oil is rich in omega3 fatty acids that also have anti-inflammatory and pain relive properties. Drink 1-2 teaspoons every morning on an empty stomach.

Cherries

This is a fruit that is rich in potassium and magnesium. Potassium is anti-inflammatory while magnesium has the effect of natural pain killer. All you need to do is eat 8-10 cherries every day. You can use them frozen or canned and even make syrup of them if you prefer.

Massage

Massage with mustard plant oil is also incredible in reducing arthritis caused pain. It improves the circulation, and that way reduces pain. Apply on affected areas and cover them with plastic foil and warm towels. Repeat this every day. You can also use mixture of myrtle and eucalyptus essential oil for arthritis relief massage.

Lucerne

Alfalafa or Lucerne is rich in minerals and can regulate the pH in the body. You can prepare a tea of the seeds by adding a teaspoon of seeds in a cup of boiling water. Leave for half an hour and then drink twice a day for about 20 days for best effect.

Mix ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a spoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink every morning on empty stomach. You can also use honey and cinnamon mixture to massage on the affected joints.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is rich in phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It helps pain relief and eliminates toxins form the connective tissues and joints. Mix a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in cup warm water and drink every morning on empty stomach.
